Just be supportive to her, and comfort her. Hold her, tell her how much you love her. Be nice, comforting, and supportive.

How many times ya gotta ask this question on YA until you get the answer that puts you at peace?
You've got lots of sound answers, just not the one you're looking for, and you're probably not going to find it.
It's not in whether your current bf will hold you tight with out sex, it's not with your family, its not with what somebody will do to the perp.
You have to stand up and take responsibility for yourself. Your bf taking revenge on the perp won't do it. Go to the authorities, there is a difference between revenge and making other people suffer consequences for their actions.
If it's a year, stand up to it. Maybe that's what will get you to take the action to heal yourself that you've been putting off. Your courage can educate others to prevent the same thing from happening to someone else, and you can guide someone else's recovery.
Perhaps you need to get over some guilt that you put yourself in the situation, or caused it.
Don't do the transference bit that your current bf is your security, you're trying to live a fantasy. He won't be equipped to handle it. And its unfair to put on him what you refuse to handle.

accept it and respect her boundries no matter how seemingly awkward they may be. that is some deep ish she went through but violence won't solve any thing. at least not in a rational person's mind. only the unconditional love and respect you show her might free up some of that pain trapped inside. all i know is that these things take time.. hope this helps some..

1. I would send him a message that if i ever caught him near her again, i would let him kno the meaning of fear and pain before he died

4. of course, i would sleep with her with my arms around her (for the record, i think this is one of the most romantic things a girl can do is fall asleep in my arms)

you would comfort her and care for her and NOT make her relive the trauma --- that is not someone who cares
hold her --- let her know she is safe and let her fall asleep in your arms --- i guarantee that will be a better feeling than any sex you may have --- and the feelings will last longer
