They are a little older and I don't know if they could think of me in that way yet, I am not sure but my feelings are VERY strong and I care about them more than anything and cant stop thinking about them....

just tell him/her how you feel... whats the worst that could happen?
BUT if you two are friends then dont just bluntly say you love him/her as it may ruin your friendship... if that person is not a friend then there wont be any relationship to ruin!!!

Depends on a few things. Are they single? Do the have an interested in anybody else? You can most of the time tell if somebody likes you, so suss it out and see if you are getting any vibes off him. It is a big gamble to tell somebody you love them, it could blow up in your face and they say they don't feel the same way or they might like you as well.
Think very serious about it before you do it because you could lose a friendship, then again you might make a better friendship than you have now!

wait a minute... how much older are we talking here? are you over 18? see if your under 18 and he is way over 18 then its most likly just a crush thing going on and he is smart to NOT have a thing going with you. if you both are above 18 then i say yea tell him how you feel... what do you got to loose eh? for all you know he likes you as well

Go on a casual, AND I STRESS CASUAL, date. The L word can scare lots of people off if they are not prepared for it. Have a little lunch and see if you can get him to be interested in you. Then hopefully it will be a little less nerve racking.

well, sometimes if u tell guys suddenly how u feel about them, u'll frighten them because they're not prepared.....just hang out with him a little more often casually n' see his reactions towards u......if he's friendly, gaze at u at every opportunity,etc.....then, he may be interested in u.......at that time, u can spit out whatever that's in your heart......try your best......good luck!!
