I can, its really not that difficult. I don't even need a mirror!

reach back on both sides taking a little bit of hair with your thumbs, pull it up and back as high as you want it
braid it the whole length of it
let it go, it should stay braided
continue down the back of your head using the first braid and all that's added to it as the middle piece of hair for the rest of the braid
i don't know if i explained it right, hope it makes sense

It's hard, especially since my hair is waist length. And it takes a long time to get it right. I don't really know how I do it though. I read the instructions years ago, and have just done it for so long now. Sorry I'm not of much help.

I french braid my hair better than someone else's but I find it hard to explain. Start w/ the 3 strands x them and you always hold 2 in one hand tightly.as i add hair to the strand i pull it to the end to keep other hair from getting into it. see it's hard to explain.

She uses a mirror.

get a large mirror in front and in back of you. pretend your doing someone elses. works always for me! :)
