Too much of just about anything can damage the liver, but aspirin is especially hard on the stomach. In addition, aspirin reduces the ability of the blood to clot, so if you were to develop a bleed in your gastrointestinal tract (such as an ulcer), the bleeding may become severe.

Aspirin is just as dangerous for your liver as any other over-the-counter medication. As with all substances, if you use too much, it could harm you. If you follow the directions on the bottle, you'll be fine.

Just keep in mind, anything that is not organic has to be processed by our poor hard-working organs. If the body gets something that say's hey i'm not a good natural organic food, it has to decide what to do with it because it cannot process it as fuel or food, soooo it must be stored as a toxin. So I would say anything can damage the liver that is not naturally good for us.

Yes, since the liver breaks it down (and all medicine and alcohol). Also do not mix aspirin and alcohol - it is very dangeous and can lead to a stroke.
Best wishes.

Affects the stomach. Tylenol/acetaminophin (sp) is the one that affects your liver.
