ok i had some blood work done and my protein was off by 1 point,my chloride off 1 point and my white blood count was off by 1 point.the nurse said not to worry myself its not an emergency but i had to make an appointment .if everything is ok why would i need appointment?

your doctor probably just wants to go over the results and what they mean with you. And if he needs to talk to you about either taking meds or changing your diet to counter the defiencies.
I wouldn't worry about it and just go see the doctor.

She didn't say it was ok, she said it wasn't an emergency. In other words, you might have something wrong, but it's not serious enough to kill you quickly. Get it checked out.
