what program should i use to download music? i want something that has no spyware or adware or any of that.... what are your recomendations?

I recommend getting iTunes. It's available for both Windows and Mac OS X. It's simple, easy to use, you are only using the iTunes Store so the music is legally purchased. You can also import your favorite audio CDs. It sounds pretty good to me.

any music download site will do as long as you pay for a subscription. Im with limewire, and i purchase one year and it came with netprotector option, popup killer, adware/spyware killer. If not get Nortons software.
