I think you need to get some thicker skin-don't take it too personally. Maybe his management skills aren't the best and he handled it the wrong way, but in the business world you need to be able to take criticism constructively. You are always going to have higher-ups who don't agree with the way you do things in your job,and they might or might not present it in the right way to you, but you need to let things roll off your shoulders and move forward.

When anyone decides to scold you, you must hear him or her explain the problem one time, then tell him / her, "Thank you for bringing that to my attention, but I must go now".
If they don't stop, advise them that you would never speak to anyone like this and you don't expect it either.

i think you need to talk with him. he probably was having a bad day and sliped? it happens.... he is a co-worker so you should just probably let it pass. just say hi back.. mayube he is trying to tell you he is sorry for the mistake he made,.

Get over it. He was unprofessional, but your holding a grudge is just as unprofessional.

he is definitely sorry for what he did and is trying to apologize (for whatever) if he is NOT your supervisor he should be.
Accept his apology if you find yourself within yourself to do so, people over-react at times.. i believe he did.
good luck!!
