I really hate the favorites now...I had sub directories and I can not see my individual files, it opens to tabs that can not be read. Zero on a scale of 1-10.
Slower...is the key word here. I have found loading is like having Windows 3.1 or earlier. You have gone back, not forward. Kill the cute looks and extra icons on the top, keep speed and the ability to put on the tool bar what a user wants, not what you think should be there. I now have 3 lines of bar icons instead of 1...make the changes..please; and don't try telling me its better - it really sucks

IE7 is a major security upgrade. Oh yea, there are some new looks too!

Go through the Internet Options (in the tools menu on your 3rd toolbar) and turn off the anti phishing to speed it up. You can also get rid of your tabs and search bars if you want too.

Maybe a little slower, but MUCH more secure for everybody. Hey, I've NEVER been infected with a virus even using IE6 forever. Yes, I have Firefox, but didnt go places or do things that were stupid. Even knowing all this, I'm keeping IE7. You should too.

A twelve months and a 0.5 in the past there have been particularly some adjustments and maximum human beings have been utilising Firefox somewhat of IE7 because of the bugs with the hot IE utility and a few inherent protection matters. I at present use the two and utilising distinctive browsers is undemanding and counseled via many techies i've got study. maximum of what i've got considered on the "tech" sites that I belong to declare that they are so close these days that there somewhat isn't lots distinction in function or protection. in fact the final tech record that I study concerning them suggested that Firefox replaced into falling in the back of IE7 in appreciate to protection. So it somewhat is an argument of evaluations which you hear to, and your guy or woman alternatives which will maximum possibly convince you to apply one over the different. As I suggested, i exploit them the two and that i detect the only "substantial" distinction is the graphical consumer interface (GUI) and not lots else. I even have Opera and Netscape put in and use them now and returned additionally. desire this enables.

I actually love the tabbed browsing. It does take some getting used to though. But if you really hate it you can always uninstall it and go back to your old version. And also you can send them feedback by clicking on the customer service tab in the help menu..
