I just let things flow naturally and the best rule of thumb is: you are flirting your best and most naturally when you don't even know you are actually flirting. Just smile to the guy, give direct eye contact and just tease and be teased. Gently brush up against him, lightly touch his shoulder, etc. Good luck and happy flirting! :)

I personally think the best way is to ask them questions, since guys like to be seen as being able to "fix problems". I also think that if you are at a party, it is best to sit or stand alone, and not with a group of other girls, as is so often the case. A girl sitting or standing alone is much easier to approach and start a conversation with. You should do this and then look at your chosen guy or guys a lot, and if they look back at you, smile at them. I once read an article about doing something to stand out and get conversations started as a way to flirt. This even included wearing a paper bag over your head. The whole key is to get a conversation started. Then normal chemistry will take over if anything is there. If a guy is not interested, don't push it.

Try to look like a perfessional though,not a "professional HOE"but a professional girl who knows how to get a guys attention,when you talk with them,if they have jokes if you think it's funny,laugh,if you think it's not try the best trick laugh you can make,you can compliment about his eyes or smile which is good,you can also seek some intersts and info about it and convert it into the bet time of his life!

Guys are easy to flirt with. They'll usually think you're flirting even if you're just being friendly. Guys like women with cofidence, lok him in the eye. Smile, only when appropriate, though. And ofcourse, just be yourself. If the guy isn't attracted to your personality, than you're wasting your time trying to flirt to begin with...
