Virgin strawberry daccaris (sp?) were always a favorite in my family. Any mixer-type drinks are great even virgin! On Cinco De Mayo, my mom makes my siblings and I Virgin margaritas. Also, especially around this time of year, you can find non-alchoholic champagne whcih is just champagne with the alchohol boiled out so it tastes just like the real thing. You can find that at pretty much any store that sells liquor. And whatever you get, you could put it in plastic champagne or margarita glasses to really make them feel like the grown-ups!

If you have any fruity or fun teas at home try making an iced tea punch, make your tea hot and doubly strong, when making cold tea it needs to be stronger, make about 4 cups and pour it over 2-3 cups of ice or more. Put it in the fridge so it is nice and cold and then add your juice. Depending on the tea you could add cranberry juice or lemonade or limeade, apple or pear juice. you could even put real frozen fruit in it or fresh fruit for the fun of making it a real "cocktail". some good ones are Rooibos with Cranberry juice, any lemony tea with cranberry, or lemonade.
If you want a delicious hot drink use strong steeped peppermint tea and add a couple scoops hot chocolate powder mix, it is heavenly and just like a desert in a drink, this also works well with Chai tea. Enjoy and have fun,

For Mimosas - use Orange juice with some soda water or ginger ale.
For Mojitos - use lime, mint, sugar, and sprite and just leave out the rum
You can also make Shirley temples with Grenadine and sprite and dress up the glass so it looks like a cocktail.
Really its all in how you use your glassware, if you use champagne and martini glasses it adds much more to the 'grown up' feel.

Pink ladies have gingerale and grenadine, or try virgin mary's, which are just the seasoned tomato juice without the vodka, or plain old soda or colas served in cocktail glasses with fancy garnishes like lemon slice, orange or lime slice, stick of fresh pineapple, maraschino cherry, and a celery stick or olive for the virgin mary's-- just like the grownup drinks but without the booze.

www.kraftfoods.com has some great non alcholic drinks made with fruit juice and stuff like that. serve them in an alcholic drink glass and the kids will feel like part of the grown ups. also my favorite drink is mixing orange juice with either grape or cranberry juice. it looks like a mixed drink but so refreshing.

There should be recipes for many drinks that will allow you to leave out the alcohol.
You got daiquiris, you got coladas, there's even the ever-popular Shirley Temple, probably the ORIGINAL non-alcoholic cocktail.

When I was little my mom used to make me Shirley Temples. 7UP with some cherry grenadine and then put a cherry in it. It always made me feel like an adult. They also have apple cider that comes in a bottle to make it look like champagne.
