Depends on the person...
For me spiritual means a personal relationship with my beliefs, not being dictated by a minister or church. I go to a nondenominational church because I find that some religions are extremists... God is a forgiving God not a God of fear or vengeance which a lot of churches still teach... I mean come on if God sent his son so that we might live how could that be anything but love, forgiveness, and kindness...
Hope this somewhat answers your question
Have a GREAT day!

Well Son I'll tell ya! Religion is an opiate like any other drug some people take to make themselves content with their lot here on this Planet. Religion today is big business. The Catholic Church has millions invested in the stock market. They have been cornering this world ever since they began to send out missionairies to rope in the most ignorant. Intelligent people do not necesarily need that sort of thing, they just live their lives, learning as much about life and it's meaning as they can. I studied Occultism in various forms and I had some very interestion experiences which told me all I have to know. I am not a witch, Just a scientist with a thirst for knowledge not dogma. My Father took me into a churth when I was three, and I raised so much h**l he had to take me out. Even then I knew it was evil, which is a way of saying Negative.
You don't have to go to church to find the truth. All you will find there is dogma. How about this fore a cop out:
To those who believe, no explanation is necessary.
To those who do not believe, no explanation is possible. WOW! That ties it doesn't it. Too many people who profess a religion are hypocrites, but they don't even know it.
To anyone who may feel offended at my words, I offer my humblest apologies.

Well, according to atheism, they don't believe in God, Satan, or any of the rest of it. If you do not believe in God then how can you beleive in a spirit. You cannot show me a spirit. You cannot measure a spirit. You cannot in any way prove to anyone at any time that there even is such a thing. So, I do not think that a person can be "spiritual" if they do not believe in a spirit. Therefore, I do not think that an atheist could be spiritual without at least admitting the paradoxical nature of this belief. It simply would not make sense. Agnostics just aren't sure what they believe about God so I assume that they would be at least open to spiritual things on some level. Witches and those who practice the occult are very sure about what they believe. They do believe in the spiritual but in a different way than a Christian for example.
Just my opinion. I hope it helps.

Religion can be misunderstood to be only a gathering of people at a church building. However, this is biblical religion:
James 1:27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
Spiritual can mean many things also, but the meaning of Spiritual is this:
Romans 7:14 For we know that the law is spiritual
1 Cor. 14:37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.

This is a discussion board for questions approximately faith. Christianity isn't the one faith in the market (and Christians name all of the ones different humans who comply with different religions "non-believers" - but they're believers... simply now not in y our god). And even individuals who do not have a faith have questions AND solutions approximately it. I'm definite you are now not a political candidate, however I guess you've reviews on politics. I am inclined to guess you are now not a Dr both, however you've reviews on how the scientific fields manage unique matters. This isn't a church wherein you all get to face at the pulpit and hold forth your faith. I advise that if you do not like seeing or speakme with humans of alternative religions or who lack faith, then you definately will have to begin up a Yahoo! Group wherein you get to slight the lang, the themes, and many others... on your liking. =)

I think the non-religious people who believe in a God are often the people with the most integrity and tolerance for all people.
The spiritualists are not necessarily occult practitioners, but they have open minds to nature and other people's ideas.
I often think they walk their path with a more "Christ-like attitude" than some of the people who belong to an organized religion.
Just an opinion.
Peace!

There is one creator. He goes by many names and has many followers. The majority of his followers are separatists and believe, only they, have His blessings.
I am religious and not at all. I know what I feel in my heart, and am aware I am not the only one. I have no church yet, I am the very temple itself.
Our want for life hereafter is what gives us purpose in life and calls us to wake up every morning to go to work.
I am neither Atheist or Agnostic.
I am enlightened, and understand the things that matter most.
Live Well............................

Personally I think that people who are spiritual are definitely believers of God. In that WE don't get caught up in the religious routine but enjoy God. We see the BIG picture, that's it's about God and not how you choose to honor and learn about Him.

Lots and lots of different spiritualities -- some aren't religious and don't believe in god, others do, some are wiccans, some are buddhists, etc. etc.

All the above.
Well us atheists often reject anything supernatural so most of us wouldn't describe ourself as spiritual but there are exceptions here too.
