Once the military might of the USA is reduced, its dominance in the international trade and the Rule of Dollar as an international currency may also get affected. The current conflict only reflects the inter-connectivity between the military might and the international economic scenario. Coming days are very dicey and decisive for the whole world.

Yes it is connected. For instance, look at World War 2, the United States was able to create many jobs and the economy was booming due to the defense industry. It practically pulled us out of the Great Depression. But it can also hurt the economy. For example, this war is costing billions a week.

Yes they are & it will, world powers do not cut & run. If we can not make a stand in spite of the perils rights now, it tells other countries we are vunerable. I do not think we can afford to be seen as weak during a time that North Korea, Iran, Iraq & China are waiting for a chance to challenge the USA.
My son is an Army Ranger & he believes we must stand strong.

yeah, military spending caused by war bleeds the US economy. untimely withdrawal, however will have greater repercussion in the economy as global terrorism will be enhanced and caused more damage in the long run... if not hold back in the first place.

They are artificially connected. It's funny, now that you mention it, that the acting party claims to be for smaller government, but military spending is at a high. How about doing more for the American people?
