I was doing research and I found that people of the Hindu faith believe that there is one God but it is manisfested many many many different deities. Most of whom are worshiped, prayed to and have their different days. I go to a Catholic school where they ell me the same thing. There is God who is manisfested in 3 different dieties, Father, Son, Holy Spirit. And also they ask saints for different needs and have many many saints to represent various things.
I was brought up in a Holiness church were I learned that God is a spirit and he has a son who became man to for us. At school they said, Jesus is God and also God himself. If Jesus is also God, how can he also be the Son of God. They truly tried to make me believe this. And one last thing, one of things that makes God, God is he cant die. Jesus did.

God in no way is or ever was a human. He is God, the All Mighty, Most Merciful. I actually converted (reverted) to Islam. I was raised luteran, and none of the trinity junk made any sense to me. God can not die, he was not born and wil never die. No matter what anyone says. Jesus never said he was God. In Islam he was merely a human sent to "The lost sheep of Isreal", in his own words in the bible. He along with every other prophet (pbut) were sent here to guide mankind to the one belief, There is no God but God. The ten Commandments say it, although that was before Jesus was sent. But every prophet taught the same thing. You should truely look into Islam. If you are asking these questions, what do you have to loose. So remember when you pray, pray directly to God.
