i got a tattoo and after she was finished she took her gloves off to cover the tattoo with her bare hands less than 24 hours later i had a cluster of blisters were she touched me and i don't think it was the tape. what do you think?

See a dermatologist because some drugs that are used in Allergy (drugs that contain corticosteroids) cause flairing of infection if it was present with the allergy ... so go and see a doctor .. don't put any stuff on the blister
