her hair color is light brown with dark blonde highlights and she wears a blonde wig with really light brown highlights

Miley Cirus(or however you spell it)'s hair color is a dark brown.
Hannah Montana's hair color is blonde.
maybe next time you should specify whether you are talking about the character or the real person,considering they are the same thing.

a few facts i no about her is
1. her real name is destiney cyrus. (she got the nickname:smiley as a kid so people started to call her miley)
2. she actually is a blonde. her "hannah montanna" look is her real color!

medium brown. she also has some natural highlights too. her hair i am pretty sure is also natualy curly. it may look real but the blonde hair is just a wig.
