That is personal. You don't have to share your sins with the world. It is between you and God. "All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God".

I don't believe in sins.

I do believe in errors.
I errored in not praying for strength and protection from negative influences, including my own.
I errored in not taking time out to meditate.
I errored in not doing my part to see to my own healthy habits.
