Root canals are expensive and lead to many more dental problems down the road that will end up costing a lot of money. The best route to go is to have the tooth removed, even though your dentist will disagree.

they make a temporary wax filling that will plug up the hole in her tooth. this will help reduce pain and sensitivity.
check and see if there is a dental college in your area. they do major work supervised by dentists for practically nothing. i have had work done at one in dallas and it was great.
good looking with benefits? nope, sorry.

Depending on the city that you live in, there are free clinics that if you dont have enough money they will do it for free.
what city/state do you live in and ill tell you.. or just google it free clinics in your city, state.
