Dips! Get a chair, sit on the floor directly in front of it. With both hands, reach behind you and grab the front edge of the seat. With your legs straight, pivoting at the ankles, straighten your arms, lifting your bottom off the floor. Got that? Now, just keep allowing yourself to sink back down and then pick yourself up again... Keep repeating.
If that is too difficult or you didn't quite picture what I was saying, grab a can of something from the pantry, bend over at the waist and with your free hand, grab that same chair. Now, with the can in hand, extend your arm(from the elbow) straight back so that your are is straight and you are bent over the chair... Just keep flexing and extending your arm. Ten times per arm equals one set, try doing four sets.

do dips. no machine or equipment needed. I know a boxer, who doest use weights at all for strenght training, and works out doing stuff like push ups , situps and dips. Hes pretty big and cut up. You can do an entire workout with just yur own body weight.
