Lazer Surgery? I know that is the only way to get rid of varicose veins...I am 8 months pregnant so I will check back here later and see what the other answers are...I don't have any stretch marks yet (from the pregnancy) but I have always had them on my thighs...so thanks for asking the question!!

Cocoa Butter is good for stretch marks but it takes a while to tell a difference so don't give up on it..

cosmetic surgery's the only way to eliminate them. Topical creams and all the other crap they try to sell you won't do the trick. just make sure you do the research before committing to any cosmetic procedure. one guy on this site already said that "you don't notice them after a while" (sidenote for him: females notice everything!!! - but it's important to try to accept what we look like on the outside and play up other traits if you want to draw attention away from the "problem areas")...good luck!

there's is nothing you can do to make them go away, excluding surgery. Once the skin is stretched..it can't really go back on it's own. It fades after time and people don't even notice

You can reduce them, but you will never totally remove them without surgery.

That's a tough one, because nothing really takes them away. They will fade over time, but that's not what you're asking. Sorry.
