You make it exactly the same as its alcoholic cousin, but you don't put any alcohol in it. Some of the alcoholic drinks, such as rum punch, depend on the liquor for their flavor (pina colada doesn't, it's main flavor is pineapple) and in that case, just add a drop of flavor extract to your drink. You can buy the flavor extracts -- they're like vanilla extract -- in a range of flavors, including rum, lemon, brandy etc. They are non-alcoholic, but give the flavor to that particular drink.
So go back and re-read your recipes, just omit the liquor and add a touch of flavor if required, and enjoy!
Sure makes sense for the holiday driving season, doesn't it?

RE:
Does anyone know how to make a non alcoholic pina colada and other non alcoholic beverages?
I'm trying to figure out how to make a pina colada. The only problem is that every place I go or read the recipe, it's alcoholic! I need a non alcoholic pina colada please! Oh, and if anyone has recipes on other non alcoholic beverages, could you please share some recipes? I would really...

Just use the same ingredients to make pina coladas or any other mixed drink, but without the alcohol. They will taste practically the same, especially if normally made with vodka, which has no taste. For drinks made with rum, just substitute rum flavoring. Why not ask the local bartender what he or she uses to make the pina coladas, and use the same ingredients minus the alcohol.

Non-alcoholic pina colada is very simple.
Just mix fresh pineapple juice with coconut milk (1 to 1) and do not add the rum. Tastes great even without the rum!!!!! You can spice it up a bit with some salt.........truly!
Another great drink with coconut milk is:
coconut milk, fresh banana juice (add some water), a hint of grenadine syrup, a few drops of lemon. Mix in a blender with crushed ice.
Cheers!

a pina colada is a splash of cream coconut, a splash of pineapple juice, and ice all blended together minus the rum. For a Margarita you could buy some margarita mix and blend it with ice. Its non-alcoholic unless you add the tequila.

Go to the grocery. In the liquor section, they have several different brands of pina colada mix. Follow the directions on the label but omit the rum.
