A healthy male has millions upon millions of sperm swimming in his semen so even a couple of drops could house a few hundred thousand of them. All it takes is one! granted, the sperm has to actually make it past the vaginal opening and canal all the way up to the cervix and beyond before fertilization can occur. So a couple of drops spilling probably won't get you pregnant, but the point is that it could. ALWAYS use a condom, birth control, something and remember that the pill doesn't protect against HIV and other STDs.

You only need one drop. And it can just be sitting on the outside, rather than just having to be on the inside. Did he masturbate and not wash his hands before touching you "down there"?
It's possible. You only need ONE alive sperm to make it, and bingo - pregnancy.
If you are concerned, then you should be using condoms. Condoms also protect against STIs, so you should be using them until you are both medically "clear" of infections.
But if you are 'clear' and you don't want to use condoms, why not get those contraceptive injections? Both men and women can get them. Or women can get the contraceptive implant. And fertility returns to normal after they wear off, so your sperm/egg production will not be affected in the long term.

A little drop will do ya.....Go a head and go buy a pregnancy test and use it according to the directions. Stop worrying about it and just find out. Make sure you are safe next time.. Try a condom.

It only takes one sperm to fertilize an egg...so one drop of semen can get her pregnant...there are TONS of sperm in that drop...

1 drop 1 sperm and that can be from merely penetrating --- no ejeculation inside you --- so USE PROTECTION unless he is totally clean and you want to get pregnant

Any amount can get her pregnant, and it doesn't even have to be during direct, penetrative sex.
