Try Nutrisystem. They use the glycemic index. I loved it. Just got a little costly at $300 a month for the food. You can sign up on thier website and look on the message boards. There is a guy who posts name the Jazzman who has hundred of recipes that follow the glycemic index but you can do you them at home yourself. There was another girl who post on the message boards daily. The post was called Daily Meals with Pics, or something to that effect. She also does the glycemic index at home on her own. Following it is amazing. I lost 23 lbs in 6 weeks. Good luck to you.

I have lost weight in the past and have regained it. I found if I did not make a permanent change in my eating patterns that I regained the weight loss after I reached my goal. I have done it in both a group support group and on my own. I have lost a lot of weight, but I have made some permanent eating changes and has gone well for me. A good support system from family and others losing weight is key to making it successful.

Find some real good recipes youve been wanting to try. but dont follow the cooking directions. Subsitute some ingredients and use half the measurements they use. I garantee you will lose weight if you cook all your meals this way.
