We know exactly where one cow with Mad-cow-disease is located among the millions and millions of cows in America but we haven't got a clue as to where thousands of illegal aliens and terrorists are located. Maybe we should put the Department of Agriculture in charge of immigration.

That's a good idea they can track the cows right to their stalls.But they wont,that's too smart isn't it?

A) Cows are bigger and slower.

B) Cows are branded and wear # tags on there ears (maybe we should all do it too).

C) Cows have a hard time jumping fences and climbing walls.

D) Cows maybe tasty but Latinas are hot and Latinos carry bribe money.

E) Being a government agency it could be worse and function like FEMA.

yes we should. at least then we'd get the illegals out of here. i have worked with the USDA folks. and they don't play games when it comes to something foreign.
