But seriously, if you or the family specify that you want ANY artificial additions removed prior to burial, they will do it.

In a Hmong funeral, they would. They wish a body to enter the ground with only natural elements, and have been known to take out metal parts from caskets, etc. To deposit a body into the earth with something inorganic would harm the spirit.

It really doesnt matter because whatever ailment we have been conflicted here on earth is cured in heaven. No inperfections or pain.
