What makes me a Christian is not any religion, but a personal relationship with our Lord Jesus, the Christ.

I have been raised in a baptist church for all of my life by Godly parents. When I accpeted the Lord as my saviour I didn't do it on account of everyone else but I searched out the scriptures and found God's love expressed to me through his word. I have never found religion for me to be forced on me, never. I have discovered through prayer that when I prayed for something specifically, not selfishly, that the exact day the prayer got answered then I would record the date.
Take for example when the area I lived in was in a drought we needed some rain really bad this past summer My dad and I sincerely prayed for rain. It makes me think of where two or three are gathered your prayer will be heard, Jesus will be there with you. Well anyway the next day I kid you not there were clouds in the sky and it started to rain from a perfectly sunny day. So that is a major testament that God is right there with me! So on days I feel disappointed or upset about life I always look back and see the things God has anwered. I have it recorded in my Bible. :)

JESUS IS LORD!
I believe that Jesus is the Son of God, the creator of the universe. Jesus lived a sinless life, and was crucified to redeem us from our sins. He rose from the dead, and we believe that Jesus is coming again.

THE BIBLE IS TRUE!
I believe the Bible is true – every word of it, from Genesis to Revelation. The Bible governs everything in life. It is the judge, the final authority, and the compass in life. We believe the things the Bible promises are literal and true.

FAITH IS THE VICTORY!
I believe that God has a life of victory for you – spiritually, financially, physically, and socially. In every area of your life there is the possibility of victory. And that victory is found through faith in Jesus Christ.

LOVE NEVER FAILS!
The Church is many things: a landmark for salvation, a faith church, a place of victory; but above all else, a house of friends – because we believe love never fails. Love never fades away. Friends are the anchor of life. At the end of the day, it’s friendships that count.

well a quick run down. See the 10 commandments. Read them we have probably broke everyone. we are guilty with a capital G. If God judges us we are guilty and go to HELL. He sent his son Jesus to die for our sins. So if we turn from our sins because we are not worthy of Heaven, and turn to Jesus. Read about him. Try the book of John first. Be sure and check those 10 laws of God. I will pray for you tonight. Mike
