I'm on the London/Surrey border and I cannot get Channel 5 reception. I should be able to as my neighbours have it. My problem is I do not know who I should contact regarding this. An engineer? Channel 5? Who? Thanks!

i agree with the 1st answer you need a new aerial and a digi box.
