There's this guy who is sweet and funny. I really like him, but the only problem is that my best friend hates him. No matter what I say she still thinks he's a looser. I want a relationship with this guys, but should I really try to pursue it? What will my BEST FRIEND think of me?

WOW come out of Jr high my friend. Your friend wont be dating him you will. Just follow your heart and get some new friends. One that will stand by you no matter who you decide to date. That's a real friend.

Ok, this sorta situation happend between myself and one of my bestfriends.
I had liked this guy for the longest time and she knew it. But she thought that i deserved better because nothing had happend yet between myself and this guy.
I didn't listen to her. We started to date January of this year. He then joined the army. He broke up with me in october, but we're still friends and he says he can see us getting back together. So who knows.
I don't really talk to this friend anymore. things happen after you graduate high school

it doesn't matter what your friends think , now if he was mean it would be a different story , but it seems like he's not , so i say go for it ! they're not the ones that are going to be involved in the relationship !

date who you want to date. you can't let your friends decide. if you think he is worth having a relationship with then go ahead. as for your friend it shouldn't matter what she thinks, you're the one who wants to date him not her.

i think u should go for it even if Ur friend doesn't like him because the girl i am dating my friends really dont like either but it doesn't matter if Ur friends like him or not that's my opinion

i would like him and see how it goes then if you best friend really hates you for it and it is threating your friendship, then dont like him a friendship is not worth a boy and there are many other fish in the sea!

dont let what your friend thinks of the guy stop you from liking him, i had the same situation, i really liked this guy and my so called friend hated him, dont let it stop you from following your heart

well if you like him then go for him just because she doesnt like him it doesnt mean you dont have to like him speak for yourself . in a way it is sort of good she doesnt like him because if she did and you two went out she might flirt. if she stops talking to you over a boy then is she really your friend if fhe doent let you like someone
