is a 1.9 H creatinine level bad. I do use creatine supplements,can that effect the reading.?

Yes it is high.

Note that some creatine suppliment - most especially anything that is a "creatine elixer" that comes to you in liquid form - contains no creatine at all. They contain only creatinine.

So if your supplement comes in liquid form, you should stop using it. Creatinine is the poison that creatine breaks down into. So these elixers may have had creatine in them months ago when they were mixed, by the time they get to you, they have changed into the creatinine poison.
