OK so I have some spotting from what seems to be an early period. BUT it would be a week early. Also for a while I have had bloody stool and pooing about 3 times a day. Also I feel tired but I can't sleep all night. I have been cramping for a while.
What can be wrong?

Ok im a bit scared to tell my parents.
also I fear my doc since he basically always sends me out with pills.

It could be one of several problems, the most obvious one would be that you are pregnant. But that may not be so...others problems may include internal bleeding. Bloody stools are a sign that you are bleeding on the inside. It could also mean since you are spotting that you are have a miscarriage especially if you are cramping. If you start to have pain while having bowel movements go to the doctor ASAP.

Spotting before you period is a normal thing. However the blood in your stool is another thing completely.. you need to go to the dr. You need to tell you parents asap. There is something your with your body and you need to find out now.
I know what your talking about with the dr. I suggest you find a better one instead of the one you are seeing.

Please see a doctor. A change in the frequency of bowel movements needs to be looked into. If it came on rather suddenly, it isn't due to sexual behavior. But it's a serious matter, especially with the other symptoms.

A bit extreme but your symptoms are similar to this girl I once knew that had regular anal sex.
Or u could have one of the rare symptoms of pregnancy.

bloody stool isn't a good sign. Go to the doctor... soon.

Could be many different things.
Blood tests needed to determine. Is it the intestine, the colon, the rectum ?... who knows?
