In Moose Jaw, the Temple Gardens Spa or The Heritage Inn. In Regina ... well, take your pic. My favorite in the south end would be the Travelodge or West Harvest Inn.
Downtown Regina: Hotel Saskatchewan Radisson Plaza or Delta.
East end: Travelodge

In Regina:
The Regina Inn (if it's good enough for Prince Charles)
Hotel Saskatchewan (if it's good enough for the Rolling Stones)
Delta Hotel
Travelodge South
Contrary to what the rest of the country thinks Regina (and Moose Jaw) is a great place to visit, and we throw one H*LL of a good party!!!

The Temple Gardens Mineral Spa is a really nice place to stay in Moose Jaw, it attracts tourists from all over the world. Be sure to take in the Tunnel Tour, hidden underground tunnels that have in recent years been open to tour. They were reportedly used by Al Capone during prohibition. They put on a good show taking you back in time to when Moose Jaw was a town know for it"s debauchery!

A Canadian saying is that : If Regina is the a-hole of the world then Moosehaw is 40 miles up.
Not sure why you'd want to go there but Regina is a big city with all of your standard hotels, Holiday Inn, Best Western, etc.
Here are the provincial and city tourism links.
