I hate to say it but really if its not Big$$ then you are better off going some other place next time And take the loss Really if you do take them to court its your word against the company's word Best of luck

If you are absolutely sure that you were overcharged, you can do one or all of the following:
1. If paid by credit card, dispute the charge when your statement comes.

2. File complaint with Better Business Bureau.

3. Take the company to Small Claims Court.
