I'm glad you asked because every time I see it at a store I laugh to myself and think "Thats gotta be the most watered down green tea". I can't say that for sure but how good can it be?
I get mine at asian groceries. They have the tea bags, loose tea and even bottled green tea. It's all great tasting stuff and it packs a bigger caffeine punch than even strong coffee. I am wired for 2 hours.
The nutritionists say that the polyphenols that act as anti oxidants are great for you, but when I see that Lipton label right or wrong the first thing that I think of is "Processed". because they are such a big beverage compasny and bottom line profit is their job. The stuff tastes okay but I wouldn't expect those nutrients in any great quantity.

I think traditional green tea is beneficial. The other is just another version that seems like the good thing, but isn't.

If the tea actually contains elements of the citrus fruits, it will also contain nutrients found in citrus. I personally drink Salada's blueberry green tea because of the anti oxidents the berry adds to the drink. Its also very refreshing.

As long as it contains green tea, it has the benefits of green tea.

i believe so beacause they add barely any sugar. Plus iether way it s very benificial because even if it has more sugar green tea is still very good for you.

Not a good thing... way too much high fructose corn syrup(sugars)! Go for the good stuff.
