Scottish folds have ears that are folded over therefore they appear to be small.
Manx cats have bobbed or no tails but I dont think their ears are especially small.

scottish folds is correct..their ears appear smaller because they fold down rather then stick up like other breeds..the manx cat is a larger breed with no tail but their ears are not small.
