Teeth loose their whiteness due to age,
cavities and eatingfood like coffee,tea,
cola which stain the teeth.Tobacoo and
some antibiotics also cause stains.
Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen
peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient.
A cheap and natural tooth whitening home
remedy uses few strawberries but certain

Baking Soda

Crest Strips aren't natural but they really work. You see results within a week. But, if you have sensitive teeth, I don't recommend them. I could only use the strips once a day (instead of the recommended two times a day) because it was making my teeth sore

Pour just a little little bit of hyrdogen peroxide in your toothbrush after which positioned a few baking soda on most sensible then simply brush your enamel with it.
