I would probably be as angry as you are. I would tell her I think she is wrong. That is a line that is just not crossed. A mother, daughter, sister or a best friend should not date each others ex's. It is just not done. There will be many others that come and go but you will always have your close buddies or relative. The relationship between the females could be at risk. It would be the last thing on my mind even if the guy was drop dead georgous! Ago does not really matter as long as both are adults but 21 is barely out of the teenage years. Explain how you feel but be careful about the words you use and always stand behind her no matter what she chooses. If you live with her, ask her to let you know in advance when he will be staying the night so you can find somewhere else to go. Don't lose your mom over a dude.

She probably thinks she is a milf or something. I would just not show much interest and if she brings it up, just tell her good luck and change the subject. Then stay away in the meantime - just sounds pretty f*cked up to me. If my mom did that to me, I don't think I could have a close relationship with her for a while (like never). Let her think she is all that - by herself.

That is a little frightning. It sounds like your mom might be doing this to hurt you, is that something she would do? Tell her how you feel about the situation, and if it doesn't help, just do your best to live with the fact that she's an adult, and she can date whoever she wants, regardless of your feelings.
Good Luck!!!

I would tell ur mom to lay off the soap operas. because she sees it on tv she doesn't have to mimic it in real life. Tell ur mom how u feel and that this make u uncomfortable. Parents should never date their children exes, because it is just plain wrong on too many levels.

My mom was a whore like this, too.
It's so embarrassing. Just consider this -- your mom is having slopping seconds. She should be ashamed of herself...that's just so skanky! My mom slept with my boyfriend when i was 16. I was devastated. I moved out of the house shortly after -- haven't spoken to or seen that old whore since. That was 20 -ish years ago.
Cut your losses and move on. She's nasty. I'd tell her that he have you herpes.

Go on Jerry Springer. No really, you need to let your mom knows how this makes you feel. Maybe see if she will get counseling with you. And if she still treats you and your feelings this way, and you are old enough to go out on your own, maybe you should think about doing that.

Wow, that's definately a tough situation. Well talk to her and tell her that it doesn't feel right having her dating someone that you have once dated... And if they do end up together... you'd have your ex boyfriend being your stepdad... Pretty freaky. Hopefully she'll understand.

holy **** man...first off, let me say: that blows. i think i would die if my mom was dating my ex. i really think you should sit down with one or the other and talk in depth about it...if neither are swayed...you either have to learn to deal, or find some other way to handle the situation.

Talk to your mom and explain how this makes you feel and ask her why she's doing this It might help to talk to your ex too. Honestly I don't know why she would do this

Ask your Mom if she wants to do a two on one. There's a lucky guy out there!
