Try touching his arm, looking into his eyes, and saying "Hey" really soft.. Even if he doesn't immediatly propose, his blabbering disconcertion will be hilarious to watch..
*cough*
Not that I flirt with guys just to watch them get confused and nervous...
Cuz that would be mean...

A lot of guys are oblivious to the world around them... mostly the girls that give the attention are ignored unless he likes you. So most likely he doesn't like you that way, and all of you're hints are just annoying him.

Women around the world are fighting for equality, for good or bad, right or wrong.
So when it comes to liking a guy, you need to expect that as there are shy girls around, there are also shy guys. They're not weaker, less, or inferior in anyway. Just shy.
So why dont u take the first step.
And sometimes, we think its a big hint. But to other people, its just "dust in the eye blink"

Hey,
I think it all depends at what level you are talking about. Are you wanting a guy to ask you out, or are you wanting a guy to take your relationship to the next step?
I've had this conversation many times with my guy friends, and they all say the same thing - the reason is, they are just as nervous as we are. Traditionally it is the guys position to ask a girl out, and to make the moves. But if the guy you want is shy, or even if he just really likes you and is afraid of rejection - he's going to take his time to make a move.
Think about this, when you like a guy don't you analyze everything he does? Don't you wonder why he does each thing, why he talks to you one time and doesn't the next? When I like a guy, I just analyze everything about him and everything he does.
If you are wanting him to take your relationship to the next level, maybe you need to be direct about it. He might be hesitant because he truly isn't sure if you want to. Or he might not be ready to. Not all guys are ready to give it all up, they need time.
I know how you feel though, guys can be frustrating when they don't pick up on your feelings.
Good luck, and I hope this helps.

Hell no, some guys are just very adept at hiding their latent homosexuality. Personally, I would be like a honeybee ready to pollinate you, but I have a busy schedule and I would have to pencil in a "love moment" into my Day Planner.
Us guys are mostly inert between the ears with the only thing that will bring out of our slumber is the smell of fresh P-Tang. It is to the male psyche as smelling salts are to the unconscious.
Shazam baby!

Guys can't take hints, but realize too that all the pressure is on them.

Why not let him do what he's comfortable with? What's the big rush? I think it's great when someone isn't breathing down my neck trying to hurry me into the next stage in a relationship - gives me time to get to know that person.

Forget about being obvious. Some guys, you have to practically sit on his face to get him to notice. Take the initiative, just tell him what's on your mind.

Guys these days are not .. how should I say it.. "go for it" types these days. Cuz, In my school, we girls always have to go up to them, it's the boys job, always has been since ever. I don't know why we take up for the challenge and not them. Some of them do need to learn.
