Any suggestions for the best airline pricing from Tulsa to Minneapolis over Christmas weekend?

There is no way one can give you a specific airline that will be better in price. This is going to be based on availability. Unfortunately I am guessing because you are asking here it's possible you have already checked into fares and are having trouble finding a price that you are wanting to pay.
Unfortunately Christmas travel especially Domestic for reasons of visiting family, people book this far in advance. I started booking Christmas for some back in March.
I do wish you the best of luck though in finding what you like. If you aren't having luck on flying out of Tulsa, you could maybe try another airport within driving distance.
I will say this, the closer you get in the rates will only go up. This is scheduled air and requires advance purchase and will penalize you for last min.
