They all claim to whiten, but which is most effective for removing smoke, coffee, and plain old yellowing stains? I want toothpaste not strips.

I use Arm & Hammer baking soda toothpaste, and I brush with straight baking soda every other day. My teeth are so white, they're blinding!

Teeth loose their whiteness due to age,
cavities and eatingfood like coffee,tea,
cola which stain the teeth.Tobacoo and
some antibiotics also cause stains.
Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen
peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient.
A cheap and natural tooth whitening home
remedy uses few strawberries but certain
precautions have to be taken.I found the

ok...here we go:)

I have used "Topol"... Tooth Whiting Tooth Paste with great success. If you are a coffee drinker and/or a smoker...You have your work cut out for you. You may need to bush with Topol tooth paste a few times a day...even after Lunch and at work or school.

I think a smile is really enhanced with Whiter Teeth. So, I use Topol and have my teeth cleaned every 3 months by the Hygienist.

If you can afford the cost, have your teeth "Whitened" at the dentist office...some can Bleach or use new techniques to whiten the Natural teeth...not caps or crowns.

Good luck...chow
