Drop the calories a bit. You can eat a ton of veggies for the same calories as a hamburger. Watch your diet, and try to do aerobic exercises that burn more calories than you take in. For instance, if you usually consume 2000 calories per day, but only burn off 1000 through normal activities, you've just added 1000 calories to your body. That's roughly 1/3 pound. Three and a half days of this, and you've gained a pound. Now, cut your calories to even 1500, and burn 1000, and it'll take you 7 days to gain a pound. Increase your exercise to burn 2000 calories, while only consuming 1500, and you will lose that pound every 7 days. Continue to eat lean protein such as fish and beans. Do toning exercises too, muscle helps burn calories.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

wow sorry im 5'3ft and 95 lb but the difference is my parents encourage me to run, im even on a cross country team......its just not fair your parents dont let you did it, the thing i LOVE about running is you dont even know your exersicing your just listeing to music daydreaming. If you cant run then do crunches I know they wont help much out your highs but they will get you to have a thin belly....whats so bad about thighs? My legs are too skinny I feel bad bout that but i also like the rest of me. Be proud of your highs guys think they r hot

*Instead of riding the bus or getting a ride to a place-walk.
*Don't take the elevator at the mall or other places you go to that have one-take the stairs.
*Do 20 sit ups each day
*Drink water for every meal you have
*Eat fruit and vegetables daily
*Limit yourself to dessert 3 times a week at the most.
*Don't eat greasy foods all the time. Eat sandwiches, salads and other healthy meals like that.
*Walk a treadmill
*Sleep good-believe it or not the amount of sleep determines your body and everything you do in life.
