I'd Love to answer your question but everytime I recommend a particular product someone reports me for abuse.
I can tell you that a good healthy diet low in Fat, Calories, Sugar and Sodium but high in Protien, Fiber and Nutrients will go a long way in achieving the results you desire.

Work out about 20 minutes a day for 3 days a week faithfully. That should help alot.

Heat will promote your fat to be removed from your body. 1. Eat soups, anything that is hot and light.
2. Drink water and lemon alone.
