Am I just parnoid or can you feel your calves get fatter.

Im not sure if they are more fat or have more muscle. Has anyone had an experience where they feel like part of their body gained wieght? I think i overate this weekend, and I was also somewhat inactive. I checked the scale, Im up a pound. Would it go to my calves or am I jsut paranoid?

More then likely paranoid. depending on what you ate you might just have water gain, if that is the case, its possible that your feet, calves, and ankles will swell. As far as gaining that much fat over a weekend, I wouldnt worry about that.

Okay heres where I'm about to blow your mind. If it is water gain, stay away from salt and drink more water to level out

I'm additionally five'three", ninety eight lbs, and one of the crucial smallest ladies at my dance studio! You aren't fats, however I recognise often I consider extra self mindful in tights and a leo. Don't examine your self to the opposite ladies, simply considering they're skinnier you then does not make you fats. If you're allowed, attempt to uncover a lovable pair of booty shorts or knit dance shorts, or might be a great wrap skirt, to put on to bounce. I recognise there would now not be so much I can say, however I desire this helped slightly.

You are probably retaining fluid, especially if you ate junk and just sat around. Drink lots of ice water and lay off the salty food and see what happens. Good luck.
