If there is a Second Chance pet shelter near you, contact them.

I have a friend who just loves cats. Whenever anyone is giving away cats, he'll take a few home. You just need to find someone like that lol

Try stuffing pet store windows, vet clinics, mailboxes, telephone polls, and any shop that will let you with flyers, and put an add in the newspaper, if you haven't already.

If the litterbox is the only concern about the cats, try getting an enclosed box. Clean the box twice a day.

If you really must rehome them you can put offer them on freecycle, petfinders, craigslist. Many people want cats that are out of the kitten stage.

Some places that I recommend are:

Best Friends Animal Sanctuary
And
The Humane Society.

Try Best Friends first, as the humane society is usually over crowded and they charge you to leave your animals, plus it's not a nice enviroment for your animals if you're thinking of what's in their best interest.

Also, with such crowded cages the Humane Society sometimes has problems with diseases spreading through the animals. I got a cat from them over the weekend who died today from Feline Distemper.

Good luck with the kitties!

Maybe give them away yorself to people. Have people who you know or friends know who want a cat have them come over and check. It almost christmas and parents are looking for cats all over. Some vet places will keep cats but they give them to shelters. Petco will take in sometimes and but them in there adoption plan. Try some of those kinds of places.

Can around to your local vets office and ask if they know of a cat haven or somewhere that don't put the animals to sleep. If you want you could probably run an ad in your local paper and give them away that way.

Contact the local vet or PetsMart store and ask for a list of "NO KILL shelters" in your area. If those are full and not accepting pets...try farms in the area...sometimes farmers will keep cats

go to this website : bestfriends.org and click on your state to find out who will take your cats and it also lists all the no kill shelters in your area. This will be the best thing you can do for your cats and your self. Good luck. email me if you need help with this site.

the reason the shelters are full is because everyone has cats and everyone lets them breed instead of getting them fixed!!!
you need to make sure that litter box is cleaned behind every cat. how irresponsible. i'll bet none are fixed are they? unreal.

Try the local humane societey. They will put them up for adoptions. Of course, if they are not adopted, they will be put to sleep. You can search the web for a local listing of animal adoption agencies.
