It's true that Celtic and Rangers probably dominated most of the last decade or so, but look at Hearts last season. They finished second, which isn't too shabby.
But ultimatly though, they still don't have the quality to challange the Old Firm. Rangers are just going through a bad patch of poor management, so it'll be Celtic's title again this season. Unfortunately.

Celtic as Rangers have let them too far away but it is swings and roundabouts. Today Celtic-tomorrow Rangers and maybe you will still have some anxious moments over the season starting with the Champions League. Also the Cups haven't been one yet so a bit early to start crowing.

Only two clubs in the Scottish league are capable of winning at the moment, Celtic or Rangers. My vivid opinion is that Celtic will go on once more to win it, though i would have preferred any other teams apart from these two. God, is Scottish league that bad?!!!

Glasgow Celtic will do it again, that's for sure. just look at how far Glasgow Rangers are trailing right now, a massive 15 points behind!
