You can rent or buy exercise DVDs like Buns of Steel, Yoga, Pilates or Callanetics.

You can buy a rolling pin and slowly roll out and back on the floor for your abs (cheap ab roller).

You do some "weight" exercises for your arms and tummy by filling old gallon milk containers with clean water. Each gallon weighs 8 pounds. Hold one on your tummy during sit ups to add resistance. Seal the lid of the milk carton with super glue so it doesn't accidentally pop off!

Yoga is an excellent form of exercise that you can do at home. Yoga increases strength and flexibility. It builds bone because it is weight bearing. It relieves stress and lowers blood pressure. You can get good yoga videos from gaiam.com

stretch , jog, push ups, sit ups, if u have a chin up bar, do chin ups, sprints, squats ... all those things, thanks to you.
