I am in Canada now, my husband in the US. My I-130 is approved. What is the best step to do next? What will be the fastest or easiest way to get back into US to reunite? Serious answers please, this has been tough on me.

until eventually you're Mexican you're required to word for asylum contained in u . s .. basically Mexicans are exempt from Canada's bilateral risk-free 0.33 usa settlement with u . s ., which stipulates that asylum seekers would desire to record refugee claims interior the 1st usa they enter. unlike contained in u . s ., Mexicans only would desire to realize Canada with a view to declare asylum.
