ok my girlfriend works with this guy and i think she likes talking to him more then she likes talking to me is she flirting or should i let it go and stop worrying i do not want to lose this girl it will destroy me

Don't worry too much....yet. It's common for theas work place freindships to go on...after all she see this guy eight hours(or more) a day.
