Of course it's ok. And if you feel confident go ahead and tell him!!! However if you're more shy see if you can figure out if he might like you as more than just a friend to. Remember love always starts as friendship so go for it! And don't ever think it's wrong to like a friend!

I'm going through a similar situation, and boy, do I want to tell him!

If you feel confident enough to express your feelings openly to him, then go for it! It's not worth bottling up your emotions and waiting for time to pass by as he slowly slips away. In fact, he may be going through the same problem! I've been working up the courage to tell my guy-friend how I feel for him, but the courage to do so hasn't come to me yet. I'd do just about anything if I could tell him, so if you're ready to, do it now.

Don't hold back and look to your heart for guidance.

Work on your English for starters. You can like anyone anyway you want, but be a person and tell them like an adult. Unless you are 12 and then pass them a note. Check here if you like me. LOL

It's normal to have feelings for your friends, that how some of the world's greatest relationships start. If you are sure that you admission will not affect your relationship then you should tell him/her.
