The best route is a natural and healthy diet plan. There are hundreds out there as I have researched many and tried a lot as well. The best and easiest one I have discovered is a no diet weight loss plan that requires no special foods or skipped meals

I was on excenedrine for a long time and yes lost weight, but guess what! once you stop taking it you gain the wait back so fast! Don't get on any pills just run or workout. These pills harmed my liver too!
