Unsweetened is just fine. Check the label and see what else is in it though. I love making my own iced tea with decaf Green Tea. That is very good for you.

Sure, it's fine I guess, although it does naturally contain caffeine which isn't exactly healthy. If you want to go healthy, avoid caffeine. Go for herbal tea. All tea, unfortunately, is a diuretic, which means you pee a lot and become dehydrated. So...truly you should just be drinking water.
