Use the most basic common sense you have. Obey all rules, regulations and laws. Be responsible specially for your own actions and words. Enjoy your new citizenship yet never forget your mother land and her beautiful custom. Be proud of yourself but do not be overbearing.

if you mean that they were all given amnesty and made citizens even though they were criminals before hand? I think that would create a culture war because of the outrage of us actual Americans. That would cause the racism that the pro-criminal group is trying to say is the reason right now which is totally untrue. But you make em all legal when we know it shouldnt happen...that could get messy

I will advise them to never forget where they come from, and to always remember and use their culture, because we live in a multicultural and tolerant society. It doesn't look like that from the bunch of racists you see in this site, but the truth is that they are just a minority of coward racists that hide behind computers to insult and hate.

Yes....pay all your back taxes so that all real Americans can benefit from your being here....repay any social service monies given you. (Medicaid, food stamps, ect) Repay anyone who's ID was wrongly taken by you. Pay the hospitals that took you in...for your medical care....Pay for the free schooling you received for your children and pay for their free lunches.
Then, pay fines (I believe congress wants to assess fines to all illegals who wish to remain) for the time spent here. After you have done all that, and joined the military to serve your new country, I'll be glad to give your more advice.
Thanks for asking!

Get an education, don't sell yourself short just because you are an immigrant. You have just as much right to be here as any of us, we were all immigrants once. Some people just need a 'gentle' remider. Welcome!
